Saturday Caption #SatCap

When I took this picture it really looked to me like the birds were scoring each others efforts, what do you think?

The Gallery 116 ~ 8pm

This weeks theme for The Gallery is 8pm.

In our house 8pm is better known as 2000 and it's chill out time. We have no young children, Dinner is eaten and the washing up is done, it's time to sit on the sofa and update all of  Badger Boo's social media. This is the best time of the day as a lot of his fans are abroad,  so we are able to catch up with a large proportion of them at this time.

I didn't take this picture of us, hence the quaility!

As you can see Badger Boo likes to keep a close eye on what is being said and shared.
Yes he's a dog and it's a bit bonkers but it is great fun and we have met some of the most wonderful of people.

If you want to see what other people get up to at 8pm, pop over to Sticky Fingers and check out the other entries.

The Black Cloak

It's here again, the enveloping black cloak of Depression and Paranoia, wrapping itself tightly around me.

I can feel it suffocating me as the O.C.D is taking over my life again. I'm exhausted with constant obsessive thoughts racing around my head. I'm struggling to be civil to people, I don't want to talk to them, and I certainly don't want them talking to me. I just want to stay at home where it's safe, I don't want to go out and face the world. I just want to be left alone.

The Gallery 115 ~ Breakfast

The prompt in The Gallery this week is Breakfast.

Today starts off like any other day, with a fistful of pills before I got out of bed, then once they start to kick in, it's time to get up and face the day.

Breakfast:- Yummy
Some of you already know I suffer with debilitating Arthritis so this will be no shock to you, apologies if the sight of this many pills in the morning offends anyone else.

Once I get downstairs it's a cup of rice milk and a bowel of Weetabix, followed by approx four cigarettes before heading off to work.

Yes I know, not the most healthy of Breakfast!

If you want to check out what other people have for Breakfast, pop over to Sticky Fingers and find out.

The Gallery ~ Beauty

This weeks prompt in The Gallery is Beauty.

We are surrounded by beauty but sometimes we just don't see it, I love to hunt it out with my camera, capturing the beauty of wildlife, hence the name of this blog.

Tiny baby Blue Tit, so cute...
Homemaker... I think it's a female Blackbird, if not please let me know...
Ants being ants...
Strange but beautiful slug...

Nuthatch eating upside down as always...

Squirrel thinking about climbing up to get to bird feeders, cheeky git...

Not strictly wildlife but I just love the reflections, so beautiful...

Hope you have enjoyed my interpretation of Beauty

Why not pop along to Sticky Fingers and check out the other entries in The Gallery this week...

That Cheeky Badger Boo!

Anyone would think that my naughty little dog Badger Boo didn't have his own beds, yes I say beds, he has three! Two upstairs and one downstairs, but does he sleep in them? Not if he gets a chance to climb onto my bed he doesn't!

Last night I went upstairs to get something from the bedroom and this is the sight I'm greeted by.

This is the life zzzzzzzzzzzz

He's so relaxed he never heard me coming, his little feet were twitching as if he was dreaming about chasing something and he looked so cute. He didn't even open his eyes when I called him gently, I didn't want to startle him in case he slipped off the bed and hurt himself.

My Brain is Mush

I'm so behind on my blogging it's driving me crazy, I want to write  more in-depth individual reviews about the places we visited on the Isle of Wight on our holiday, as I have some amazing pictures and videos.

I had plans to do an ongoing post about the allotment and how it's growing, I've not even started that one yet and it's nearly Autumn now, so that will have to wait for next year.

I really want to do a review of the Sculpture Park in Churt as it's an amazing place, again I have some amazing pictures of the sculptures. Badger Boo has written his, which can be viewed here although his view of the world is slightly different from the rest of us.
