The Gallery 115 ~ Breakfast

The prompt in The Gallery this week is Breakfast.

Today starts off like any other day, with a fistful of pills before I got out of bed, then once they start to kick in, it's time to get up and face the day.

Breakfast:- Yummy
Some of you already know I suffer with debilitating Arthritis so this will be no shock to you, apologies if the sight of this many pills in the morning offends anyone else.

Once I get downstairs it's a cup of rice milk and a bowel of Weetabix, followed by approx four cigarettes before heading off to work.

Yes I know, not the most healthy of Breakfast!

      This is a lot less than I was taking a year ago, just have to remember to take another yellow one in the evenings or the mornings can a a lot more painful.

  2. I have a stash in my bedside table incase my back plays up but thankfully I've not had any for breakfast in a while! x

    1. Ahhh yes the trusty stash of painkillers, I have one of those too, just in case I forget to take my Breakfast pills upstairs, glad you've not needed yours for a while x

  6. The supplements I take in the morning match that handful but at least mine are (mainly) by choice. I couldn't live without my evening primrose or b6!

    1. One of them is Cod Liver Oil for my joints and there is also one Vitamin A,C + D as I find they help with my wellbeing.

      I used to take Evening Primrose and B6 for several years but to be honest it didn't really help with my moods, although many people have great success with it.
