      I think he's the mascot for Winchester University he was wandering around campus when we went for there open day.

      Went for an open day at Winchester University with my son, and the lion was just wandering around with his mate posing for pictures, think he must be the mascot lol

      We were at Winchester University open day and I think he is one of their mascots, probably for sport.
