Its easy really, it's the proving that takes the time. Or you could cheat like some I know and use a bread maker, but I love the feel of the dough so prefer to do it myself x

Can I simply say what a relief to find an individual who truly knows what they're talking about on the web. You certainly understand how to bring a problem to light and make it important. A lot more people have to look at this and understand this side of the story. It's surprising you aren't more popular given that you definitely have the gift.
