    1. Its easy really, it's the proving that takes the time. Or you could cheat like some I know and use a bread maker, but I love the feel of the dough so prefer to do it myself x

    1. Thank you, the secret is in the proving Sarah, I prove mine for an hour then knead and prove again for 2 hours in the airing cupboard, hope that helps x
